With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Howard has solidified his reputation as a leader in the industry. He currently serves as the Special Advisor of Director of Data Center Solutions at HRN Data, as well as being one of their Principal partners. He has been entrusted with the pivotal task of developing and building the data center real estate platform at the company.

He has an impressive track record of successful accomplishments, including the sale and relocation of Vishay Technologies, a 12-acre repurposed semiconductor fabrication facility transformed into a cutting-edge data
center with an accompanying 100,000 square foot office lease. Additionally, he has played a critical role in Microsoft’s multi-state data center land acquisition.

As a Managing Partner, Capital Markets lead Mr. Gordon has a 25+ year career as an entrepreneur and private equity investor and has co-founded a variety of real estate and medical companies. Prior to Millennium, he was a Managing Partner at Forstmann Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank co-founded by Tony Forstmann and family; he also co-founded Global Trust Group, a private equity company that deployed over $30M in multiple startup companies Neuroptics, Pex, Databouy, Riveting Entertainment, Desilux, and select real estate projects.
He also co-founded Empire Commercial, a real estate development company that managed the $50M redevelopment of the landmark Trang Tien Plaza in Hanoi with famed Las Vegas architects at BW&A.
He is an owner and co-founder of AMP Medical Products a private label skincare company serving over 400 dermatologists, plastic surgeons and private retail brands both domestically and internationally.
Nick is a graduate of the William F. Harrah College of Hospitality and received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada Las Vegas; he also attended Culinary School at Boston University. He also enjoys, skiing, golfing, and training in MMA. Nick has been kickboxing for over 20 years and was a co-owner of Syndicate MMA in Las Vegas.
Philanthropically, Nick supports and sponsors orphanages and children in Asia through HOLT International for the past 25 years as he was adopted through HOLT from Korea as an infant.
Mr. Gordon believes family is the most important investment and his wife Monica and 4 adult children Erik, Maia, Kenedy, and Hallie, are all core to his success as a father and he sees them as supporting partners in his success.
